Return and Refund Policy

At elFounder, we value your business and are committed to providing transparent and reliable services. We understand that circumstances may arise that require flexibility, so we have structured our refund and cancellation policy as follows:

Refund Eligibility

  1. Undelivered Services: Refunds are available for services that have not been delivered within a 6-month period from the date of purchase.
  2. Non-Refundable Services: Services that have been partially or fully delivered, initiated, or otherwise fulfilled are not eligible for refunds.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Service Cancellation by Customer: If you wish to cancel your order before the commencement of the service, please notify us at hello@elfounder.eu within 24 hours of placing the order. We will assess the status of your request and process any applicable refunds as per the eligibility criteria.
  2. Service Cancellation by elFounder: In the rare event that elFounder cannot deliver a service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you directly to arrange a suitable alternative or process a full refund.

Refund Request Process 

  • All refund requests should be directed to our support team via email at hello@elfounder.eu. Please include your order details and a summary of your request.
  • Our team will review your request within 10 business days and notify you of our decision.

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank may require additional time to complete the transaction.

Exceptions and Limitations:

  • Refunds are not available for any services delivered in full, partially completed services, or in cases where the refund request is made more than 6 months from the order date.
  • We reserve the right to decline refund requests if service delivery has begun or if the request falls outside the stated eligibility period.
